II. LOGIN AND PASSWORD
A unique set of Login, Master Password, and Investor Password will be given to each client. Login and Master Password are used to access Yutaka Trader 4 Client Terminal and execute transactions. Login and Investor Password are used for monitoring purposes only. Login changes are not permitted. Changes are only applicable to Master Password and Investor Password.
ATTENTION
Master Password and Phone Password must be changed on client’s first access to Yutaka Trader 4 Client Terminal. For security reasons, Master Password and Phone Password are suggested to be changed periodically. Yutaka Century Realtime Pte Ltd does not take any responsibility in any event nor dispute of which caused by the clients’ inability to secure their own Logins, Master Passwords, and Phone Passwords.
III. TRADING SESSIONS

Yutaka Trader 4 Client Terminal uses GMT+2 Time Zone. Foreign Exchange (Forex) and Gold markets are closed on 1st of January. Additional holiday will be announced at least 1 (one) day in precedence of the corresponding holiday.

Overnight Trading Terms: Equity > Margin
• If Equity < Margin and Open Positions > 1 (one) lot, then Open Positions will be closed, starting from the trade with highest loss, until Equity ? Margin.
• If Equity < Margin and Open Position = 1 (one) lot, then Open Position will be closed. VII. COMMISSION Commissions will be charged per lot settled on open.
VII. INTEREST RATE
Interest Rate will be charged, and are subject to change, depending on each corresponding currency rate movement. IX. MAXIMUM VOLUME Maximum volume per trade = 20 (twenty) lots.
VIII. TAKE PROFIT (TP), STOP LOSS (SL), AND PENDING ORDERS
Maximum volume per Take Profit (TP), Stop Loss (SL), and Pending Order = 20 (twenty) lots. Take Profit (TP), Stop Loss (SL), and Pending Orders are accepted on Yutaka Trader 4 Client Terminal when the minimum price differences between the requested price and the current Yutaka Trader 4 Server’s running price are equal to 10 pips or more. TP, SL, and Pending Orders will become Market Orders (done) when Yutaka Trader 4 Server’s running prices equal to or better than the requested prices. Bid Prices will be matched with Sell/Short Orders. Ask Prices will be matched with Buy/Long Orders. TP, SL, and Pending Orders are Good ‘Till Friday (GTF). Example:

IX. SCALPING
Scalping is not allowed. All trades (Instant Executions) must remain in the Yutaka Trader 4 System for at least 2 (two) minute, otherwise will be considered Scalping. All trades which are classified and as scalping will be cancelled and Clients will be given a penalty of Lots X Spread. New locking positions under 2 minutes are classified as scalping.
X. CHURNING
Excessive buying and selling in a client's account for the purpose of generating commissions and rebates are considered illegal transactions and can be resulted in banning of the client's account.
XI. CLOSE BY / CLOSE HEDGE
Close by/ Close hedge is not allowed
XII. WRONG QUOTE
Trades at wrong quoted prices are invalid, and will be cancelled by the system.
XIII. HIGH-LOW PRICE
The highest price during one trading day (Day-High), referring to High Bid on the same trading day. The lowest price during one trading day (Day-Low), referring to Low Bid on the same trading day.
XIV. CLOSE PRICE
Close Prices are based on:
- Summer Bid and Ask Price at 22.30
- Winter Bid and Ask Price at 23.30
Note:
Sell Open Positions will be matched with Ask/Buy (Bid + Spread) Prices. Buy Open Positions will be matched with Bid/Sell Prices.
XV. MARGIN CALL AND STOP OUT
- Margin Call : Margin Call situation is a situation when the Margin Level indicator equals to 80% (eighty percent) Margin or less (Margin Level ? 80%). Margin Level indicator can be monitored from Yutaka Trader 4 Client Terminal > Terminal user interface > Trade tab, Margin Level indicator. In order to maintain Open Positions, all Clients are suggested to make additional deposit to their Yutaka Trader 4 accounts in the event of Margin Call Situation. - Stop Out : Yutaka Trader 4 will automatically liquidate Open Positions when Margin Level indicator equals to 20% (twenty percent) or less (Margin Level ? 20%). When there are more then 1 Open Position, Yutaka Trader 4 will automatically liquidate open positions with most deficits prior to another. Note: All Clients must monitor their own Open Positions. Yutaka Century Realtime Pte Ltd is not obliged to send any kind of notification to any clients regarding the occurrence of Margin Call nor Stop Out.
XVI. MARGIN IN AND MARGIN OUT
- Clients are allowed to trade after all administration and financial requirements are fulfilled.
- All Margin Deposits via bank transfer must be confirmed to Yutaka Century Realtime Pte Ltd’s Accounting Department by attaching the bank transfer receipt.
- Client’s Yutaka Trader 4 Login must be stated in the bank receipt’s payment detail, otherwise the transfer will be considered invalid.
- All invalid transfers can not be claimed back.
- Margin withdrawals are done by filling the withdrawal forms.
- Withdrawn Margin will be transferred as soon as the withdrawal request is accepted by Yutaka Century Realtime Pte Ltd’s Accounting Department and confirmed by Yutaka Century Realtime Pte Ltd’s Settlement Department.
- Withdrawn Margin will be transferred to Client’s Bank Account Number, of which matches Yutaka Century Realtime Pte Ltd’s database.
THE CLIENT MUST ADHERE TO THE FOREGOING TRADING REGULATIONS AT ALL TIMES. YUTAKA CENTURY REALTIME PTE LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TRADING REGULATIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO THE CLIENT. 1. Price difference between Session II Open Price and Session I Close Price on the same Trading Day.
2. Price difference between Session I Open Price of the current Trading Day and Session II Close Price of the previous Trading Day.
- Nikkei Stock Index Futures Contract (JPJ)
Maximum Open Gap = 300 (three hundred) points.
Open Gap value for JPJ is calculated from:
1. Price difference between Session II Open Price and Session I Close Price on the same Trading Day.

T/P Order it becomes a Market Order when the price on the Server System Trading On-Line equal to or customer through the asking price. Price Bid apply for T/P Order Sell and price Ask apply for T/P Order Buy.
